Last night, I used one of our Pork Tenderloin we bought a couple weeks ago to make Pork Roast.

Pork Roast
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ground Red Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 lb Pork Roast
  • 1 lb Potatoes- Diced
  • 4 Carrots- Diced
  • 1 Onion- Diced
  • 1/2 Head Cabbage- Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Package Lipton's Soup Mix
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Salt and Pepper
    • Heat pan to medium high and add oil.
    • Mix paprika and ground red pepper to flour.
    • Dip the pork in the flour and dust off any excess.
    • Brown all sides of meat until golden brown.
    • Remove meat and add vegetables.
    • Cook for 5-10 minutes stirring often.
    • Add stock, soup mix, bay, and salt and pepper as needed.
    • Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hours on low.
    • Enjoy!!!
It did not photograph well, but it tasted really good. The cabbage is a must too!!
